Shipping Address
  • Please confirm that you have the correct shipping information (name, address, payment information, etc) before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information when an order is placed.
  • All orders billing and shipping information must match. 
  • Any orders with different shipping and billing address is subjected to be cancelled and refunded. If your billing and shipping address does not match, a representative will reach out to you for verification such as picture identification (drivers license) and a current bill. 
  • Mauve Couture reserves the right to deny any order. 

Returned Packages

  • Any order that is returned to our office from the postal service for various reasons such as (refused package, incorrect address, no signature, etc.,) will be refunded excluded shipping costs. Please make sure that your address is correct to avoid this incident. 

Signature Confirmation

  • All orders require signature confirmation no exceptions. This means in order to receive your order, you have to sign for it. If you are not at home, the post office will leave a ticket stating to pick up your order at your local post office. If this is the case, please contact your local post office for any issues. 

Orders placed with no confirmation, etc.

  • If you placed an order and you received no confirmation but your funds have been withdrawn please contact us for verification and then contact your bank. This possibly means that your order was declined and your bank is withholding your funds. This can take anywhere from 2-10 days for the funds to be released to your account (from your issuing bank).

Payment Verification 

  • Any orders placed with Mauve Couture is subject for additional documentation or verification (picture identification/current bill) etc.  All orders are screened for fraud. This is for your protection and our protection. If our system detects a problem we will reach out to you by email. There is a 48 hour window to submit documentation (identification and current bill) that is requested to process your order. If documentation is not received in the time frame your order will be canceled without notice. 

Incorrect/Missing Order

  • If you received an incorrect item or missing any items please contact us via email with your name, order number, item name and size, and a brief description of the fault, and pictures of item. 

Mauve Couture receives the right to decline any order or exchange that goes against our policy.
